Returns & refunds

Unopened, unused products can come back within 14 days of delivery. Open the case with your order number.

Opened nicotine products cannot be resold, so we cannot take those back. Accessories in original packaging are eligible.

Damaged in transit: photograph the box and the bottle, then write us within 48 hours. We replace or refund.

Refunds return to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
